Yasmin Davidds, an
extraordinary teacher, mentor, and devotee
of her Latina sisters, has written The
Latina Seven Principles to teach Latinas
to love themselves, to trust themselves, and
to find the strength to make crucial life
decisions; and she has written
Empowering Latinas: Breaking Boundaries,
Freeing lives to help one take back
one's personal power.
Yasmin has developed her business while
raising her daughter. holds a business
degree from the University of Southern
California and a master's in Women's
Studies, which included study at Cambridge
University. In 1989, she established a
private practice counseling young Latinas.
Ms. Davidds serves on the Board of
Directors for HOPE and is a Director of the
USC Mexican-American Alumni Association. She
conducts empowerment workshops for various
schools and organizations.
